Try these solutions before contacting the service center
Possible causes: (1) Air trapped in pump — perform priming (fill water into pump). (2) Suction pipe leaking. (3) Water source empty or too far. (4) Impeller clogged with debris. Try manually filling water into the pump inlet, then restart. If still no water, contact us.
Common causes: (1) Pump mounting bolts loose — tighten them. (2) Foreign object in impeller. (3) Worn bearing (needs service). (4) Uneven installation base. Check bolts and mounting first. If the sound is like metal grinding, turn off immediately and contact the service center.
Possible causes: (1) Pressure sensor not calibrated — try resetting the pump (unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in). (2) A small leak in the pipe system causing pressure to never be reached. (3) Pressure setting too high. Check the entire pipe system for leaks. If the problem persists, contact us for recalibration.
Motor heat is normal during operation, but it should not be too hot to touch. Possible causes: (1) Pump running continuously without pause (overload). (2) Unstable/too low voltage. (3) Pump operating without water (dry-run). Ensure the water source is sufficient, and install a voltage stabilizer if power is unstable.
Common causes: (1) Worn or clogged impeller with scale/mud — needs cleaning or replacement. (2) Suction filter clogged. (3) Water source declining (dry season). (4) Pipe blocked. Clean the suction filter first. For impeller inspection, contact our service center.
Check: (1) Solar panel output voltage — must meet pump specifications (usually 18–36V for 12–24V pumps). (2) Cable connections from panel to pump are not loose or oxidized. (3) Controller/inverter is in good condition. Measure panel voltage during peak hours (10:00–14:00). If voltage is normal but pump won't start, contact the service center.
