How to Claim Warranty

The claim process is designed to be as simple as possible — just via WhatsApp

Send a message to +62 811-8803-6785 stating the product name, purchase date, and the issue experienced.

Send Photo / Video Evidence

Attach a photo of the purchase receipt and a short video showing the pump issue. Our team will conduct an initial assessment.

Diagnosis & Confirmation

Our technician analyzes the report and confirms whether the damage falls within warranty coverage. This process takes a maximum of 1×24 hours.

Send Unit / Technician Visit

Depending on location, the unit can be sent to our service center or our technician can visit your location (Jabodetabek area).

Done — Unit Back to Normal

Unit is repaired or replaced (if unrepairable), returned to you in prime condition with a new warranty.

Warranty Terms

Covered by warranty:

Damage from manufacturing defects, components failing on their own under normal conditions, motor burnout without external cause.

Not covered by warranty:

Damage from user negligence, installation not following guidelines, natural disasters, or third-party modifications.

Claim requirements:

Official purchase receipt from Shanying or authorized partners, unit has not suffered intentional external physical damage.

Warranty period:

Standard stainless pump: 1 year. Intelligent & solar pump: 2 years. Calculated from purchase date.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions

Try these solutions before contacting the service center

Possible causes: (1) Air trapped in pump — perform priming (fill water into pump). (2) Suction pipe leaking. (3) Water source empty or too far. (4) Impeller clogged with debris. Try manually filling water into the pump inlet, then restart. If still no water, contact us.

Common causes: (1) Pump mounting bolts loose — tighten them. (2) Foreign object in impeller. (3) Worn bearing (needs service). (4) Uneven installation base. Check bolts and mounting first. If the sound is like metal grinding, turn off immediately and contact the service center.

Possible causes: (1) Pressure sensor not calibrated — try resetting the pump (unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in). (2) A small leak in the pipe system causing pressure to never be reached. (3) Pressure setting too high. Check the entire pipe system for leaks. If the problem persists, contact us for recalibration.

Motor heat is normal during operation, but it should not be too hot to touch. Possible causes: (1) Pump running continuously without pause (overload). (2) Unstable/too low voltage. (3) Pump operating without water (dry-run). Ensure the water source is sufficient, and install a voltage stabilizer if power is unstable.

Common causes: (1) Worn or clogged impeller with scale/mud — needs cleaning or replacement. (2) Suction filter clogged. (3) Water source declining (dry season). (4) Pipe blocked. Clean the suction filter first. For impeller inspection, contact our service center.

Check: (1) Solar panel output voltage — must meet pump specifications (usually 18–36V for 12–24V pumps). (2) Cable connections from panel to pump are not loose or oxidized. (3) Controller/inverter is in good condition. Measure panel voltage during peak hours (10:00–14:00). If voltage is normal but pump won't start, contact the service center.
